Would you trust a doctor who has read every book or a doctor who has not only read the books but also practised on the job?

Real estate investing is just the same.

There are loads of books on investing but if you want to really test the waters then you have to get on the streets and actually do the work. 

A lot of people share their experiences of what they have done. This is another type of education where you learn from their success and failures. 

This kind of knowledge where you learn from others experiences is a catalyst to your learning and success. 

Being a real estate investor myself, I'm fortunate to learn from people who have made it big in the industry. It's their do's and dont's that has saved me so many times from making a big mistake in my journey.
